Will we charge VAT at 23%.

If your company has a valid EU VAT ID and you are not based in Poland, we will not charge VAT on your invoices.
(you can validate your VAT number on the European Commissions official site

Your EU VAT number is the same as your local VAT ID, but with two-letter country code in front of it.
(legal basis: article 138, paragraph 1 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC).

To get a valid VAT id, your company needs to register with your local fiscal authorities.

When you place an order on our website and fill the "Company Name" field, a new field will appear where you can provide your EU VAT ID. This way you won't be charged VAT.

If you are based outside of EU, then no VAT will be applied and you do not need to provide a VAT number.
