Once you created additional users, beacons assigned to the SUPERUSER account can be divided among sub-accounts of ADMINS and OPERATORS like on the example below.
How to do it:
- Go to Infrastructure>Beacons.
- Select beacons you want to move.
- Click on a dropdown ASSIGN.
- Choose the Assign to Manager option.
- Pick the user to whom you want to assign the selected beacons.
- Confirm your choice.
Now, when you get back to your Beacons list, you can see in the Manager column that the selected beacons are assigned to another user.
This change takes place almost immediately, and is visible on both yours and the target user’s Web Panel account and Kontakt.io iOS/Android Admin App.
If you don’t see the changes, though, please reload the Web Panel or restart the Kontakt.io iOS/Android Admin App.
Please note that after beacon reassignment:
SUPERUSER can see all beacons on a company’s account, and can still create configurations for all beacons.
ADMINs and OPERATORs can see and edit only beacons assigned directly to them.
