Kontakt.io's Premium Support Plans

We're introducing new Premium Support plans, available on a quarterly or yearly basis, designed to meet the needs of different groups of Kontakt.io customers. This transition to Premium Support reflects our desire to be able to prioritize the allocation of our resources to meet the challenges of advanced proximity solutions.

In the three years since Kontakt.io entered the market, the number and complexity of these solutions has grown dramatically. Customer Support has become equally complex, requiring a degree of engagement and expertise well beyond that which was sufficient not too long ago. In those same three years, the size of our online knowledge resources has grown to the point where they now include the answers to many of the questions that previously required help from Customer Support.
