If you have an Infrastructure Management -license, you can create, edit, and remove Alerts for the beacons you have subscribed license for.
Alerts are automatic emails that you will receive whenever conditions you set in the alerts are met. This will help you to stay on top of your beacon infrastructure health without constantly monitoring it.
To get started, go to the Alert Settings -section in the Web Panel. Currently, there are two types of alerts –Battery Level and Last Seen -alerts – that you can set to be sent to yourself or to some other person by entering recipient's email address.
In order to the recipient to see the Notification and the devices of that triggered the alert, recipient must have a Panel account and be either Admin for those beacons, or have at least Viewer-rights for them.
