Adding beacons purchased in Kontakt.io Store to Kontakt.io Panel account requires providing an Order ID. If you are sure that the Order ID is correct and you've typed it properly, there are two reasons why you might see the wrong Order ID message.
Order hasn't been completed yet
Beacons are prepared specially for you. We don't have a stock of beacons waiting to be shipped. Instead, we configure the hardware shortly after the payment clears. If you try to enter the Order ID before that, you will receive the error message. Please wait until the packages reach you and enter the Order ID only then.
Order ID has already been used
Order ID is a one-time-use code - once someone uses it to add beacons to their account, it can't be used again. Doing so will result in the wrong Order ID message.
In a situation like this, there is no other way of moving these beacons to your account other than logging to the account they were initially assigned and initiating the move from that account.
