If you have multiple Portal Lights, you can optionally complete the Portal Light Bulk setup and install instructions.

Where a Portal Light is located impacts its operation. It's recommend to identify a location that meets the following guidelines.
Clear-line-of sight to a wireless access point.
Locate at the perimeter of a room; to ensure all tracking points are inside.
Wireless signal strength of -60db or better at its location. It's recommended to measure the strength with a mobile Wi-Fi analyzer app.
Metal objects (cabinets, refrigerators) or suppressed wall surfaces are not sheltering or covering the device.
Locate at least 8 feet (2.5 meters) high with even intervals in larger areas.
Avoid locating higher than 32 feet (10 meters). This height impacts its location accuracy estimates.
Complete the following steps for each Portal Light.
Sign in to your Kio Cloud account > select Device Management.
Select Gateways > from the list, select the Portal Light ID.
If you have more than one Portal Light and they will connect to the same WiFi network, from the list select each Portal Light and then select Bulk Edit.
