If you have forgot your password, you can reset it by providing your Kio Cloud registered email address. The same email address and password allows you to sign in to Kio Cloud and the Kio Gateway Installer app.
To reset your password, go to the Kio Cloud login > select Forgot Password. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you did not receive the email, check your Junk or Spam folder. Password reset emails are sent from email@example.com.
If the email address you entered is not registered with a Kio Cloud account, you will not have an option to reset your password. Please submit a support ticket. Include a recent Kontakt.io Order ID or a few MAC addresses or UniqueIDs of your Kontakt.io devices assigned to the Kio Cloud account. We may require additional information to confirm your Kio Cloud account access and device ownership.
Kio Cloud and the Kontakt.io Store are two different systems. If you have a store account, your store account email does not register your email with Kio Cloud. Be sure you have entered you email address associated to your Kio Cloud account.
