To reset your password, go to the Kio Cloud login > select Forgot Password.
You'll receive an email from Kontakt.io with instructions to reset your password. If you did not receive the email, check your junk/spam folder. Password reset emails are sent from hello@Kontakt.io.
If the email address you entered is not registered with a Kio Cloud account, you will not have an option to reset your password. Please submit a support request. Include a recent Kontakt.io Order ID or a few MAC addresses or UniqueIDs of your Kontakt.io devices assigned to the Kio Cloud account. We may require additional information to confirm your Kio Cloud account access and device ownership.
Kio Cloud and the Kontakt.io Store are two different systems. If you have a store account, your store account email does not register your email with Kio Cloud. Be sure you have entered your email address associated with your Kio Cloud account.
