From Kio Cloud, you can remotely monitor and manage your Kontakt.io Portal Lights.

From your Kio Cloud Launchpad, select Device Management > from the left menu, select Gateways. The list view provides a snapshot of the primary information and settings for each device.

When Offline in Kio Cloud, a Portal Light's LED status may be a solid GREEN that indicates it's connected to the local WiFi network. If its LED is GREEN and Offline in Kio Cloud, there may be a firewall setting preventing Kio Cloud to receive data. Verify with the facility IT staff the Portal Light network requirements have been met. |

Each Gateway has a profile where you can view its information and manage its settings.
To view the profile of a Gateway, from the list of Gateways select its ID link or select EDIT.

The Device tab provides all of the gateway settings, including its current firmware version, MAC address, and current status (Online/Offline).
Note
When a Portal Light is Offline, this indicates Kio Cloud has not received data for more than 5 minutes. From the Bulk Edit option, you can edit the settings for multiple devices at the same time. This feature is helpful when you are updating network settings.
From the list of Gateways, select each device to update > select Bulk Edit > update the available settings > select Save Changes.
