Wait for up to 5 minutes.
Each Portal Light synchronizes with Kio Cloud to download the local (custom) WiFi network settings.
A Portal Light's LED indicator blinks Blue > Green > Blue > and ends with solid GREEN when it successfully connects to the local WiFi network.
If after 5 minutes its RED LED indicator is blinking, this indicates it failed to connect to the network. From Kio Cloud, verify its WiFi network settings are correct.
If the settings are correct, verify the Portal Light network requirements are met to allow its connection to Kio Cloud and an NTP time source. Its LED status indicator may also provide insight into the issue.
Now that each Portal Light connected to the local WiFi network, they're ready to be installed at their permanent location.
This step is completed at the Portal Light install location. Be sure to view the Portal Light install location guidelines.
