Properly wearing a Smart Badge is important to ensure the badge functions as intended, which can include activating a staff duress or non-emergency call event so that staff can be located when it matters the most.
When attaching Smart Badge to a badge holder clip, be sure to follow the below guidelines.

Use a badge holder clip as shown in the picture with the green checkmark.

Clip must be one that does not rotate the Smart Badge. Avoid using a pull string clip that could rotate the Smart Badge (picture with the red X)
