Tag S18-3 and Android app can't apply configuration

    It is always a good idea to also restart your phone (not only Bluetooth) or try a different phone if possible. 
    Some beacons have a switch that also allows to restart the device. 

    Even if implementation of BLE communication should be the same for every phone manufacturer, sometimes they behave differently.
