    Our Web Store automatically sends notifications after each stage of the purchase, production and shipping. If you received a confirmation about payment completion, but not about your package being ready for shipping, then it means your order is still waiting for fulfillment.

    We're shipping our orders on "first come, first served" basis. There are always some delays when we launch new products, like the Bluetooth Tags that you've ordered, due to initial interest and spike in the demand. After the launch it all slowly goes back to our normal few days wait times.
