Unable to view beacons on mobile app

    Order ID is a one-time-use code - once you use it to assign beacons to an account, you can use it for the second time to assign them somewhere else. But you can always log in to the original account ad move your beacons to a different account from there.

    Nonetheless, if you log to the same account in the app you should see beacons from that order on you devices list. However, if you were already logged in, you may need to refresh the view (pull down on the list).
