  Kontakt.io Beacons can operate in different environments. Because freezers can be different, there is not precise reply on it. For example, [Tough Beacon](https://store.kontakt.io/next-generation/48-tough-beacon-tb18-2.html), can operate in:

  Environmental Requirements
  Operational temperature-20°C / + 60°C (-4°F / +140°F)
  Humidity (non-condensing)from 0% to 95%

  That environment is close to the environment in freezers.
