Enquiry to fix proximity issue

I'm new to Kontakt and it looks like there are a lot of info to go through. I thought it might be the easier to ask my questions here and hopefully I can find answers that I'm looking for.

I'm looking to resolve an issue with proximity detection. Here is the scenario that I'm trying to resolve:

I have a website setup that is used in a furniture store. It contains our members details. I want our store managers to see if a member has arrived in the store and offer our help and / or give further discounts.

Which Kontakt product should I purchase?

Is it possible to communicate between Kontakt product and our website or do I need to convert our website into an app?

What's the technical requirement for our member's mobile device? Do I need to build a native app or hybrid app or a website?
