A lot of our clients are buying Kontakt.io beacons on our recommendation under their own account (which they should). They then want to invite us to help configure and manage them. This is a pretty standard use case for any tool that works best when integrators and clients work together on projects.
The problem is that a email address can only be a member of ONE account. Normally we would get the client to invite firstname.lastname@example.org to their account so we can manage the beacons. But as soon as you get a second client email@example.com can't be used for that second clients account. you have to use:
You can see the problem here...We have over 800 customers...and of those a fair few are starting to use beacons. That means we have to literally create HUNDREDS of user accounts (and associated passwords) on Kontakt.io.
Please update your data model to allow a single user account to belong to multiple accounts. I know this can be a lot of work but to scale your platform properly it needs to be done.
