Kontakt Android SDK - Kontakt Cloud Error for Fetching Devices

Hello,

I have been using the Android SDK provided by Kontakt.io to build an android app solution of my own. However, I have been running into an error in the Kontakt cloud activity to fetch the devices from the cloud; the error is as indicated in the following. 

As a novice developer, I was not able to figure out if this is at the end of the application or the cloud; Any help with any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
