    Thanks for reaching out to Kontakt.io. Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues.

    Order ID is a single-use code that is used only to associate devices with an account. You can’t use it to reassign devices that are already assigned.

    If you have access to this account, you can move or share devices with your account or contact the owner.
