Telemetry Reading Not Coming in ANDROID SDK

I am using Android SDK in my application.
I already added telemetry Listener in my class. But no data coming in my listener and im using PRO beacons only

  Hi Vengatesan,

  Due to we need a couple of information I had created a ticket in our system. Our Support will be in touch shortly.

  Regarding the problem, the main reason for that can be there is no telemetry enabled your beacon.

  ANDROID compileSdkVersion : 28 

  Android tested device : Android OS 9+ devices
