This reference describes the Policy Foundry Activity Log and the columns it shows. Use it to review the policy events that Policy Foundry has recorded.
The Activity Log lists policy events. Each row records an event tied to a policy, with the date and time it occurred.
Open the Activity Log
Open Policy Foundry from the Kontakt.io Launchpad, select Activity, then select Activity Log.
Viewing the Activity Log requires view access. See Roles and access in Policy Foundry.
Activity Log columns
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| No | The row number in the current list. |
| Policy ID | The ID of the policy the event relates to. |
| Policy Name | The name of the policy the event relates to. |
| Date | The date the event was recorded. |
| Time | The time the event was recorded. |
You can choose which columns are shown. Use the column options on the Activity Log to add or remove columns.
Note: The Activity Log shows the policy, date, and time for each event, but does not show the event type or the condition that was met. The exact meaning of each row — for example, whether a row represents the condition being met, an action being sent, or both — is not confirmed in this article. Confirm the event semantics with engineering before publishing.
