When you receive an order from Kontakt.io, you must claim the Order ID to add the devices to your Kio Cloud account. Each Order ID is single-use and can only be claimed by one account.

To claim an order, you must be assigned to the Device Management Administrator or Inventory Manager role. Learn more about roles.

You'll need the Kontakt.io Order ID provided on the Quick Start Guide included in the order packaging. The Order ID is also provided in your order confirmation emails.
If you receive a “wrong order ID” error:

Make sure the order ID is entered exactly as shown. It’s case sensitive and must include all characters.

Confirm the order hasn’t already been claimed—an Order ID is a one-time use code. From your Kio Cloud account, go to Device Management 2.0 > select the Tags or Infrastructure menu > verify if devices along with the Order ID are listed which indicates the order ID has been claimed. If the devices and the Order ID are not listed, the order may have been already claimed within a different Kio Cloud account.
