Portal Light (BLE to WiFi gateway). Provides Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity throughout a facility. Portal Lights aggregate the IoT device data over BLE wireless technology and send this data to Kio Cloud over the local WiFi network.
In addition, Portal Lights are the infrastructure devices that deliver over-the-air (OTA) firmware and configuration updates.

Set up Kio Cloud - Kontakt.io’s cloud platform. This includes getting an account, claiming the kit order, and mapping the indoor space where the kit will be used.

Install the kit Infrastructure devices. This is completed locally at the device install locations using the Kontakt.io’s Kio Setup Manager mobile app. The Tag devices arrive powered on and ready for use.

Explore the Kio Apps. When you claim your kit order, we’ll activate the Kio Apps specific to your kit. Once activated, there's a few setup steps to begin exploring the apps.
And if you're only interested in consuming data to integrate with your own solutions, you'll have access to our APIs and mobile SDKs.
