The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your device inventory — when your devices last reported in, their battery levels, and their overall activity.
| Chart | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Infrastructure Last Online | When Kio Cloud last received data from each of your Infrastructure devices, including Portal Lights and BLE Infrastructure devices such as Portal Beams, Beam Minis, and Beacon models. Kio Cloud receives data from BLE Infrastructure devices through a Kontakt.io Portal Light or a BLE-enabled Wi-Fi access point such as a Cisco Catalyst access point. |
| Tags Last Online | When Kio Cloud last received data from Tag devices. Kio Cloud receives Tag data through a Kontakt.io Portal Light or a BLE-enabled Wi-Fi access point such as a Cisco Catalyst access point. |
| Tags Battery Level | The percentage of battery life remaining for battery-powered Tag devices. A Tag device measures its battery level about once an hour, and that reading reaches Kio Cloud through an Infrastructure device. |
| Infrastructure Battery Level | The percentage of battery life remaining for battery-powered Infrastructure devices, such as Portal Beams, Beam Minis, and Anchor Beacons. |
Depending on your tenant configuration, the Dashboard may also show additional charts, such as devices by product, devices by firmware version, and TX power. Filters at the top of the page let you narrow every chart by campus, building, floor, and Deployment Status. The Deployment Status filter defaults to Deployed, so you see your live devices first.
Tip: To see a list of the devices behind any number, select the matching chart segment. Kio Cloud applies a filter and shows just those devices. For example, select the "More than 30 days ago" segment in the Infrastructure Last Online chart to list the devices that haven't reported in for over a month.
