Before you begin
Your badge only activates alerts when you are located within your organization's Staff Safe coverage areas — not at home or offsite.
Signal for help
Press a button on your badge the required number of times in succession. The required number of presses is set by your organization (for example, three presses).
That's it. The alert is activated silently. Responders are immediately notified and can see your real-time location, allowing them to find you even as you move.
Important: The number of presses is set by your organization. If your badge has two buttons, each button is commonly is set to activate an alert. Always follow your organization's instructions to activate an alert from your badge.
