Commonly, the cause of this error is that Kio Cloud does not recognize the Order ID or the Order ID has already been used.

First, verify the Order ID is entered exactly as it appears. It's case sensitive and must contain all characters.
An Order ID commonly includes both lower and uppercase letters and may include other characters.
For example, if the Order ID is KNKT-fRzRq
Correct ...when entered as
Not correct...will result in an error message
KNKT-fRzRq

KNKTfRzRq

If this does not work, verify the Order ID was not previously used. An Order ID is a one-time use code. From your Kio Cloud account, go to Device Management 2.0 > select Tags or Infrastructure. From the list, verify the Order ID does not already exist. If it does not exist, it may have already been claimed from a different Kio Cloud account.
