Commonly, if you cannot configure or change a device configuration from a Kontakt.io mobile app, this is due you are not using the Kio Setup Manager app or you do not have shared permission to the devices. To review or request your shared device permissions, contact your account's Kio Cloud owner or administrator.

If you are using the Kio Gateway Installer app, download and switch to using the Kio Setup Manager app. The Kio Gateway Installer app will be deprecated and removed from the app stores on October 1, 2022.
