In Entity Manager, download the current list of assets as a CSV file. Use export to review your assets in a spreadsheet, share them, or prepare a file to edit and import back.
Before you begin
- You have the Asset Manager role. See About user access to Entity Manager.
Steps
- From the Kontakt.io Launchpad, select Entity Manager.
- Go to Assets.
- Apply any search or filters you want. Export includes only the assets shown by your current search, filters, and sort order.
- Select Export.
Result
Entity Manager downloads a CSV file of the assets in your current view. The file includes the External ID, name, Asset Type, groups, tag status, and Tag ID for each asset. To change which assets are included, adjust your filters before you export. For the full column set, see CSV columns for assets.
