Alongside the Alert History dashboard, Device Health has two dashboards that give you a higher-level view of device connectivity across your campuses: Overview and Analytics. You'll find both under the Dashboard menu.
Overview
The Campus Overview dashboard shows how many devices are online versus offline across a campus, so you can see the health of a site at a glance.
- Online Devices and Offline Devices — the current online and offline counts for the selected campus.
- Most online and Most offline — the campuses with the fewest and the most offline devices during the selected period.
- Date range — view the last 24 hrs, 7 days, 14 days, or 28 days.
- Select a campus to view its current gateway device status. You can view one campus at a time.
- Select Go to Analytics to open the Analytics dashboard.
Analytics
The Analytics Dashboard ranks your campuses by their peak device-offline levels over the selected period, so you can spot the sites with the most connectivity issues.
It shows Peak devices offline by campus in a table you can search by campus:
- Campus name
- Peak devices offline — the highest number of devices offline at the same time during the period.
- Peak % offline — that peak as a percentage of the campus's devices.
- Total devices — the number of devices at the campus.
