From the Kio Cloud launchpad, select Device Health > from the left-menu, select the Alerts > List option. The tab menu filters the alerts by their status.
Tab filtering options:
-
New: active alerts that have not been acknowledged or resolved. Alerts in a new status also appear in the Kio Cloud alert notification area.
-
Acknowledged: active alerts that have been acknowledged by staff to indicate action is being taken to investigate the alerting condition.
-
Resolved: alerts that have been resolved by staff or by the system when an alerting condition has been returned to normal.
-
All: includes alerts in all statuses.
From the alert list, you can filter the alerts displayed by selecting a column filter. The example below shows setting the Created filter.

From the Alerts List, selecting the Name of an alert displays its details.
The details provide insights into the alert's current status, the alert duration that indicates the amount of time the alert was active, activity performed by staff and the system and the location of the device at the time the alert was activated.
When selecting Show in Smart Location, displays the device's location at the time the alert was activated.
Selecting the Report option generates the alert details in a PDF file. This feature is particularly useful when you need to share alert information with individuals who do not have access to Kio Cloud or Device Health
If you are taking action to investigate an alert or have resolved an alert, be sure to update the status of the alert. This provides a method to let the other alert recipients know that the alert is being responded to or has been resolved.
When you set an alert to Resolved, adding a Note that describes the action taken is also a good practice. When an alert is set to Resolved, the alert ends and alert reminder notifications are no longer sent.
Note
If the alerting condition returns to normal and the alert has not been set to Resolved, the system automatically sets the alert to Resolved.
