The Threshold Settings list shows every range you have defined and how many Storage Units and Rooms use each one. Use it to edit a range, review where a setting is applied, or remove a setting you no longer need.
Before you begin
- You are signed in with the Administrator or System Manager role.
View Threshold Settings
- From the Kontakt.io Launchpad, open Temperature Monitoring.
- Go to Settings > Threshold Settings.
- Review the list. Each setting shows its Name, Low temp, High temp, Low humidity, High humidity, and # of assigned (how many Storage Units and Rooms use it).
Edit a Threshold Setting
- Select the setting you want to change.
- Update the name, ranges, or type.
- Select Save.
Important: Editing a Threshold Setting changes the range for every Storage Unit and Room assigned to it. Check the assigned count before you edit. To change one Storage Unit or Room only, assign it a different Threshold Setting instead.
Delete a Threshold Setting
- Select the setting you want to remove.
- Confirm that no Storage Unit or Room still depends on it. A Storage Unit or Room left without a threshold shows Threshold setup required and stops detecting excursions.
- Select the option to delete it and confirm.
Result
Your Threshold Settings reflect the current ranges in use. Any Storage Unit or Room whose range changed begins measuring against the new values on its next reading.
