Every workflow in Kio Entity Manager generates a default note on the summary screen. The note is editable before you submit and is saved to the device's profile in Device Management as the device alias. Use this reference to know what the note will say if you leave it unchanged.
Asset workflow note
The default note when you finish Assign Tag to Asset:

Your name and email appended (Android only)
On Android, the app appends your signed-in name and email to the auto-generated note before saving, so anyone reading the device's profile later can see who made the assignment:
... — Installer: <name> (<email>)The label "Installer" in the saved note is a fixed string the app writes; the values come from your signed-in user profile. No extra setup is required.
On iOS, the standard workflows do not append your name and email to the note.
Length limit
Notes have a 1024-character maximum. The combined-note logic appends each new note to whatever was already on the device:

<new note>If the combined length would exceed 1024 characters, the app silently keeps only the new note and discards the prior alias. This matters if you reassign the same tag often, because earlier history is lost when the cap is hit.
To keep historical notes when you reassign a tag, copy the existing alias somewhere safe before running the new workflow.
Editing the default note
On the summary screen, tap inside the note field and edit before you submit. Anything you type is the value that saves to Kio Cloud — the default text shown is a starting point only.
