A Kio Cloud account is required to deploy Kontakt.io solutions and claim Kontakt.io orders. If you need access to an existing Kio Cloud account, contact your Kio Cloud administrator.
To request a new account, follow the steps below.
Before you begin
When submitting your request, provide the following information.

Your organization details (name, address)

Your contact information

The Kontakt.io solutions you’re needing to deploy (if known)
How to request a new account

Go to the Kontakt.io support portal.

Select Submit a request.

Provide as much information as possible so our team can route your request to the right person.

From What do you need help with, select Request new account

Complete the required fields and submit the request.
What happens next
Our team reviews your request and connects you with the right person to:

create your Kio Cloud account, and
-
activate the solutions subscribed to and being deployed.
You’ll receive an email with next steps.
