Dashboard—asset utilization overview
The Analytics Dashboard provides high-level insights into your asset inventory, including a breakdown of asset statuses and average utilization metrics. These metrics help you monitor asset performance and identify usage trends across locations.
These metrics do require Match rooms to room types and Set entity status rules for a room type, which are configured in Company Settings. If this setup is not in place, you can still generate metrics by manually updating asset statuses from the Asset Management view.
Key features:
Filter by Location or Asset Type – Narrow down results for more focused analysis.
Set a Date Range – Choose a specific time period to analyze trends.
Interactive Graphs – Hover over data points to reveal more detail.
Utilization Metrics – Derived from current asset statuses.
The Advanced analytics views—PAR Level, Rental, and Utilization—include an Analytics by selector at the top that groups the view by Asset Type or Campus. The view groups by Asset Type by default; switch to Campus to compare across sites.

Track how well assets are staying within their assigned PAR Levels over time. See Track and monitor PAR Levels. Gain insights into how often inventory dips below ideal or critical thresholds—or reaches zero—so you can make informed stocking decisions and respond proactively.
Analytics can be filtered by Asset Type or Campus, with support for custom date ranges, graph filters, and multi-asset type selection.

Analyze rental trends to optimize asset sourcing and usage. See Track and manage rental assets.
View rental patterns by Asset Type or Campus, and refine your view using filters for date range or other asset attributes. Quickly see how long assets are typically rented, how often they're used, and whether they're being returned on time or late.
