Staff list columns and filters – Knowledge Base

This reference describes the columns on the Staff page and how to search and filter them.

Columns

Column	Description	Filter
Staff ID	The staff member's External ID.	By value
Name	The display name.	By value
Staff Role	The staff member's role. The filter lists all Staff Roles in your account.	Multi-select
Groups	The groups the staff member belongs to.	By name
Settings	Role-specific setting values. Shown as Matched Settings when a search is applied.	—
Staff Status	The staff member's status and sub-state.	Sub-state
Tag Status	The Smart Badge's state: Online, Lost, Deactivated, or Not Assigned.	Multi-select
Tag ID	The assigned Smart Badge's identifier.	Sortable
Actions	The Edit action for each row.	—

The search box matches a staff member's ID, name, settings, and Tag ID. Search needs at least one character and updates the list as you type.

Select Choose Column to show or hide columns. Your selection is saved for the next time you open the page.

Select Clear Filters to reset the search box and all column filters.

Column	Where it appears instead
Home Department	Hand Hygiene.
Associated Apps and Excluded Apps	Company Settings. Entity Manager shows every staff member across all apps, so it does not filter by app.
Delete	Company Settings. To remove a staff member, use Company Settings.
