This reference describes the telemetry fields shown in the Portal Beam device detail view in Kio Setup Manager. Live telemetry is visible only when the Portal Beam is within Bluetooth range of your mobile device. Values shown without Bluetooth proximity reflect the last recorded reading.
Occupancy telemetry (Room Occupancy and Seat Occupancy modes)

| Occupancy | Current number of people or occupied seats detected by the thermal camera |
| Detection time | How long the current occupancy state has been continuously active, in seconds |

| In | Cumulative count of people who have crossed the threshold in the entry direction since last reset |
| Out | Cumulative count of people who have crossed the threshold in the exit direction since last reset |
| Frame count | Number of thermal image frames processed by the camera — used for diagnostic purposes |
IR telemetry (IR mode)
| Field | What it shows |

| Room number | The IR room number the device is currently broadcasting. Shows a dash if no room number is configured or if the value is unset. |
Device health telemetry (all modes)

| Battery | Current battery charge level as a percentage |
| RSSI | Bluetooth signal strength between the Portal Beam and your mobile device, in dBm. Higher values (closer to 0) indicate the device is physically closer. |
| Uptime | How long the device has been continuously powered on |
Pending status indicators
| Indicator | Meaning |

| Pending configuration | A configuration change has been sent to Kio Cloud but not yet applied to the device |
| Firmware update available | A newer firmware version is available for this device |
| Firmware update scheduled | A firmware update has been scheduled for this device |
These indicators appear as badges on the device entry in the device list and on the device detail view.
