Access to the Kio Entity Manager mobile app is governed by the Entity Manager Mobile User role, assigned in the Users app in Kio Cloud by a user with the User Management Administrator role.
Role required for the mobile app

The Mobile User role grants the mobile app only. The Entity Manager web roles (Asset Manager and Staff Manager) do not grant access to the mobile app — a user who needs the mobile app must be assigned Mobile User specifically. See About user access to Entity Manager.
How roles are assigned
Roles are assigned in the Kio Cloud Users app. For accounts without single sign-on (SSO), a User Management Administrator assigns them directly; for accounts with SSO, roles come from your identity provider. The mobile app also requires Bluetooth to communicate with tags and badges.
