Install Kio Staff Safe Alerts on the device you carry during a shift. The app is available for iPhone and iPad, and for Android phones and tablets.

Before you begin
- You have an iPhone or iPad on iOS 17 or later, or an Android phone or tablet on Android 8.0 or later.
- Your device has an internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular).
Install on iPhone or iPad
- Open the App Store.
- Search for Kio Staff Safe Alerts.
- Tap Get to install the app. If you already have the app, tap Update to install the latest version.
The app appears on your home screen as Kio Alerts.
Install on Android
- Open Google Play.
- Search for Kio Staff Safe Alerts.
- Tap Install. If you already have the app, tap Update to install the latest version.
The app appears in your app list as Kio Staff Safe.
Tip: For shared responder iPads, Kontakt.io recommends iPad Kiosk (Single App) Mode so the device stays focused on Kio Staff Safe Alerts. Kiosk Mode is configured in iPadOS by your organization's IT staff. On shared Android tablets, your IT staff can pin the app the same way.
