Firmware, Available Firmware Upgrade, and Scheduled Firmware Upgrade are the three firmware columns in the Device Management Tags and Infrastructure lists, and their icons show each device's upgrade state.

| Scheduled Firmware Upgrade | Whether a firmware upgrade is scheduled for the device, and whether the last attempt failed. | A dark calendar icon means an upgrade is scheduled. Point to it to see the version. A light grey calendar icon means no upgrade is scheduled. An orange warning icon means the last attempt failed. Point to it to see the reason. The device is not tried again for 24 hours. To retry sooner, schedule the upgrade again. |
Show or hide the columns
From the Tags or Infrastructure list, select Customize Table, then select the columns to show and clear the ones to hide. You can also change their order. If a column you expect is missing, select Restore Default to show every available column.
Filter by firmware state
From the Tags or Infrastructure list, select Add Criteria, then choose a filter:
- Firmware: Lists each firmware version with the number of devices on it. Select a version to show only those devices.
- Scheduled Firmware Upgrade: Choose Yes to show only devices with a scheduled upgrade, or No for devices without one. As an upgrade progresses, devices leave the Yes list one by one as they finish. Refresh your browser to see the latest state.
Firmware details on the General tab
Open a device and select its General tab to see the same information for one device.
