Before you begin
- You're signed in to Hand Hygiene with the Administrator role. Dispenser Types and the Low Refill Threshold are under Settings, which only the Administrator role has access to.
The Settings page, under the Settings menu, includes a Dispensers Configuration card. The card has a Low Refill Threshold control that sets the refill level below which a dispenser is flagged as low on refill. The threshold is a percentage of full capacity, adjustable from 0 to 100% in steps of 5. The default is 25%.
When a dispenser's refill level drops below the threshold, its status changes to Low Refill in Dispensers Management, Dispensers Telemetry, and the dispenser details page.
- From the Kontakt.io Launchpad, open Hand Hygiene.
- From the Settings menu, select Settings.
- On the Dispensers Configuration card, select Edit.
- Set the Low Refill Threshold to the percentage you want.
- Select Save.
