Portal Light Infrastructure: firmware updates are scheduled from Kio Cloud Device Management.
Without a Portal Light infrastructure: firmware updates are applied locally at a device using the Kio Setup Manager app or through our mobile SDKS.
Cisco Spaces integration: Kontakt.io device firmware updates are managed from Cisco Spaces.
