Active alerts are alerts in New or Acknowledged status—conditions that still need attention. View them to see what's happening now and open an alert's details.
Before you begin
- You are assigned the Asset Tracker Administrator or User role.
View active alerts
- From your Kontakt.io Launchpad, select Asset Tracker.
- From the left menu, select Alerts List. The newest alerts appear first.
- To open an alert's details, select its Name.
Tip: From the column headers you can sort or filter the list. When a filter is applied, a Clear Filters option appears.
Result
You see the active alerts and can open any one to view its details and Activity Timeline. From an open alert you can acknowledge or resolve it—see Acknowledge an alert and Resolve an alert.
