Kio Setup Manager user access is managed by Device Management roles, with one Setup Manager (mobile) role specific for only Android devices to install Temp Monitor devices. Roles are assigned in the Users app in Kio Cloud by a user with the User Management Administrator role.
Roles for Kio Setup Manager

How roles are assigned
Roles are assigned in the Kio Cloud Users app.
- For accounts without single sign-on (SSO), a User Management Administrator assigns roles directly to each user or through Groups.
- For accounts with SSO, roles come from your identity provider.
Role changes take effect at the next sign-in. If you cannot install a device you expect to, your user profile is likely missing a Device Management role, contact your Kio User Management Administrator for assistance.
