Filter and search devices in Kio Setup Manager

Use search and filters to narrow the device list when working in a large deployment or when you need to find devices with specific characteristics — pending firmware updates, low battery, or a particular device type.

Before you begin

• Signed in to Kio Setup Manager

Search by Unique ID or MAC address

1. Tap Devices in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Tap the Search field at the top of the device list.
3. Type part or all of the device's Unique ID or MAC address.
4. Tap the device in the results to open its detail view.

Filter the device list

1. Tap Devices in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Tap Filter.
3. Select one or more filter criteria:
   • Device type or model
   • Battery level range
   • Pending operations (firmware update available, configuration pending)
   • Profile or packet type (Nearby tab only)
   • RSSI signal strength range (Nearby tab only)
4. Tap Apply.

The device list updates to show only devices matching your selected filters.

Sort the device list

1. Tap Devices in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Tap Sort.
3. Select a sort option: Name, RSSI, Battery, or Pending operations.
4. Tap Apply.

What happens next

Tap any device in the filtered or sorted list to open its detail view. Tap Clear filters to return to the full unfiltered list.
