Access to the Kio Staff Safe Alerts iOS app is governed by Staff Safe roles, assigned in the Users app in Kio Cloud by a user with the User Management Administrator role.
Roles required for the mobile app

| Mobile User | Acknowledge and resolve alerts, and document alert incident activity, in the Kio Staff Safe Alerts iOS app (iPhone and iPad). Grants the mobile app only. |
To give a person both the Staff Safe web app and the mobile app, combine Mobile User with the Alerts User role. For the full Staff Safe role model, see About user access to Staff Safe.
How roles are assigned
Roles are assigned in the Kio Cloud Users app. For accounts without single sign-on (SSO), a User Management Administrator assigns them directly; for accounts with SSO, roles come from your identity provider. Kio Staff Safe Alerts is iOS-only.
