Users need the Mobile User role to access the Kio Staff Safe Alerts iOS app.

To give a user access to both the Staff Safe web app and the mobile app, assign the Mobile User and Alerts User roles.

How roles are assigned
- Without SSO: A user with the User Management Administrator role assigns roles in the Users app.
- With SSO: Roles are assigned through your identity provider (IdP) and view-only access in the Users app.
