Responders can acknowledge and resolve staff duress alerts from the Kio Staff Safe Alerts mobile app on an iPhone, iPad, and Android, instead of from the Simple View in the Staff Safe web app.
Both the mobile and web app show the same active alerts at the same time. An alert acknowledged or resolved in the mobile app immediately appears that way in the web app, and the reverse.
