This month’s updates introduce new features for managing PAR Levels, exporting alert data, viewing user SSO group details, and updating Entity Types via a CSV import. These enhancements give you more capabilities within the apps and access to user management details.

The following updates also apply to the IV Pump and Wheelchair apps.
PAR Level tracking and monitoring is now directly managed and monitored within Asset Tracker—no longer managed from Company Settings. This update also includes a PAR Level alert type in Alert Rules—allowing you to automate the notifications to staff when PAR levels reach a critical threshold.
You can now view a user’s assigned SSO Groups and the roles associated with their groups from the new Group Access tab. This is especially valuable when you need to know which SSO Group is assigned to a user and the group’s associated app roles. In addition, the roles assigned directly from the User Management app are displayed in the Direct Access tab.
You can now update Entity Types—like Staff Roles or Asset Types—through a CSV import from the Kio Apps and Company Settings. Just make sure the Entity Type already exists and the name provided in the import file is a direct match of the Entity Type “Name” within the app.
