This reference describes the status values shown on the Report Profiles tab and the Reports History tab, and what to do about each.
Report profile status
A profile's status shows whether its schedule is active.
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Active | The schedule is active. The profile generates reports automatically at each scheduled time. | No action. Check Reports History to confirm reports are generating. |
| Inactive | The schedule is turned off. Automatic generation has stopped, but the profile can still generate a report on demand. | To resume automatic generation, activate the schedule from the profile's actions. |
| On demand | No schedule is set. The profile produces a report only when you generate it manually. | Generate it from the profile's actions when you need a report, or edit the profile to add a schedule. |
Reports History status
A history entry's status shows whether the report is ready to download.
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| In progress | The report is being generated. | Wait a moment, then refresh and check again. |
| Download | The report is ready. | Select it to save the file. |
| Report failed | Generation failed and no file is available. | Retry the report from the row, or generate it again from the Reports view. |
