You can generate a one-time report directly from the Storage Units list in the Monitoring view. This is the fastest path when you already have the right Storage Units filtered or selected, such as a compliance summary for one department or readings for the units flagged in an inspection.
Before you begin
- You are signed in with a role that can create reports: Administrator, System Manager, Facilities Manager, or User. Department-level access limits the list to your assigned department.
- The Storage Units you want to include exist and are within your access.
Steps
- From the Kontakt.io Launchpad, open Temperature Monitoring.
- Select Monitoring, then open the Storage Units tab.
- Use the filters and the row checkboxes to select the Storage Units you want in the report. The Generate Report action stays disabled until you select at least one.
- Select the Actions menu, then Generate Report.
- Choose the report type and the time range.
- Confirm to generate the report.
Result
The report is generated, emailed to you, and available in the Reports view, where you can download it. Generation takes from a few seconds to several minutes depending on the report type and time range.
Note: This path produces one-time reports. To generate a report on a schedule, create a recurring report from the Reports view. See Create a recurring report.
